The service was top-notch, with room service readily available and the housekeeping staff keeping everything spotless. I also appreciated the warm welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel offered great amenities, including tours and ticket assistance, a well-appointed room with a comfortable sitting area and dining table, and soundproofed rooms that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The garden furniture provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries added to the comfort and convenience of my stay.

I got great value for my money at this fantastic boutique hotel. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view, and the staff, especially Ali at the front desk, were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. The location was also very convenient with everything within walking distance.

One thing that could make the breakfast choices better is to provide utensils and stir sticks or spoons for the coffee and yogurt.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kentucky Grand Hotel & Spa. The rooms were absolutely stunning and the overall ambiance of the hotel was exquisite. I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and the lovely breakfast that was delivered right to my door each morning. The hotel had a cool vibe and I wished I had been able to experience the Derby piano bar. The massage therapist at the spa provided the best massage I've ever had. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a squeaky restroom door and blinking lights from the smoke alarm, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend the Kentucky Grand Hotel & Spa for a memorable and luxurious stay.
